Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UK and the US typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders include free tracked shipping with no minimum order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the UK and the US. If you are located elsewhere, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please email info@hunajewelry.co.uk to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you'd like a different size, colour, or style, email info@hunajewelry.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page includes sizing information. Compare your measurements with the relevant guide and check whether the style is fitted, regular, relaxed or oversized. If you are between sizes, sizing up usually gives a more comfortable fit.

What fabrics do you use?

Materials vary by style and may include natural fibres, blends and performance materials. The available composition is listed on each product page; PU or vegan leather is identified clearly in the description.

How do I care for my Huna pieces?

Care instructions are printed on the garment label and also listed on each product page. Most of our pieces can be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle — but always check the label first.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments and uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your payment card details.
